I am writing this letter to you as I was so impressed with the professional service I received from both you and your staff.
Around two years ago I had the 2 weighbridges at our site totally refurbished (sandblasted and painted). Watching the company who were contracted to perform this task, I had my doubts to the quality of the job being performed, I was right. There were still rust patches exposed and the final coat of paint so thin you could see through to the metal. This lasted six months before both bridges were covered in rust.
Surface Removal Specialists were contracted to rectify the issues I had as a result of the last company.
Right from the first time on site you explained the procedure you would be following, you yourself came to the sit each day to check on the progress. Your staff handled themselves with a very professional manner when working in with our staff, understanding our operation and needs. The work performed and carried out by both you and your staff and with the correct equitpment, made me very confident in the final product.
